Supporting Therapists

Consulting

I have a heart for supporting therapists to learn how to treat trauma and how to handle difficult clinical situations.

I have the most knowledge of Internal Family Systems. This is my main approach and all other approaches are seen through this lens. Other modalities that I incorporate into IFS:

  • Somatic Experiencing

  • Hakomi

  • EMDR

  • Brainspotting

  • Table Work

  • Psychodrama

  • Ketamine Assisted Therapy

For general IFS questions, I run a free monthly IFS consultation group on zoom.

Mentorship

I mentor aspiring and new therapists by guiding them through school and providing support after graduation—especially when they are placed with a supervisor who isn’t the right fit.

I can provide resources and information on a large number of modalities, techniques, and practices.

Becoming a therapist and then being a therapist is very hard. My hope is that new therapists can learn, grow, and avoid the mistakes I made, making their journey less stressful and more fulfilling.
